Rates are based on 2 adults, each additional adult is US$ 50.00 per week. Kids under the age of 6 are free of charge. The Security Deposit is due at the time of booking and will be refunded after check out. Rent and additional charges are due at check in.
Other Charges: Florida Local Taxes 11%; Final Cleaning US$ 150.00; Security Deposit US$ 500.00; Electricity Allowance US$ 5.00 per diem. Charges for water, trash removal, cable TV, high speed internet and Phone (local) are already included in your rent.
