and all new coming shopping and dining opportunities.
Condominiums usually come with shared ownership of a community pool and
other amenities.
Gated Communities
provide privacy and stand for the more elegant way of life. Access is
only granted to those possessing a code or key to the gates. A clearly
outlined community plan makes sure that all components come together as
a piece of art of living.
Very attractive pieces of property can be found near golf courses or a
marina – mostly they even come with a membership to the club, use of the
clubhouse and invitations to the year-round events.
Lots
Buying and selling lots is a very profitable way of investment in our
area – no matter if you hold on to a piece of land to build on it later
or if you think of putting it back on the market in some time.
Land along the west coast of Florida has seen tremendous growth in value
over the last years – especially Cape Coral experiences never before
seen profits on lots right now. Not as high priced but also with the
potential of growing value are lots more inland like in Lehigh Acres for
example. Where ever you decide to buy a piece of Florida land – you can
